Oh, dear. Apparently I am the only one who has not yet read a library book for this month. I’m working on it though! I checked out three books on Tuesday and began Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone on Wednesday.

This week’s topic:
Tell us a little about your library (include a picture if you can!).
I don’t have a digital camera or a phone which takes photos (apparently I’ll have to live without selfies), so have no photos of the interior to share. The photo above is from a page at the town of Geraldine’s website.
The librarians are wonderfully friendly. Stefani has heard before about how I left one day with way too many books. One librarian would tell me about a book I had to read, then rush off to the stacks to grab it. Another librarian would then take over and about the time she left to retrieve the recommended book, the other one would be returning. I chuckled later as I wondered if they were having a competition. Some great reading, only one turned out to be a dud for me.
Don’t worry, I haven’t finished my books either! I’ve started one, but barely haha.

Dagny,
I’ve read two library books already and have two more to go for book groups. As I mentioned earlier, my challenge should be to NOT read a library book some month.

Totally fine you haven’t finished a book yet! We are definitely a low-key challenge. 🙂 I still love that story about your librarians having a competition.

Good to know some of us won’t be marked “Overdue.” 🙂
Yes, dangerous to the time schedule to visit my local library when two librarians are present.

Haha. No fines will be given for this challenge. 🙂

Aw this is wonderful! Your library looks so cute. I really badly want a relationship with my librarians, but I don’t believe that they want to talk to me haha.

Helps to live in a small town. Our library is so small, they don’t have a lot to do.

Sorry I’m late to check in busy weekend… What a cute story and library! Thanks for sharing. Don’t worry about not having finished a library book. The only reason I had some is that I started one in March and the other title was a DNF. No pressure. Amy @ Read What I Like

Oh wow! You’re so lucky that the librarians are so friendly and knowledgable! In my library I doubt that anyone hardly reads… lol!
BTW, your library looks really cute!
And please get a phone with cam… we want to see your selfie! 😉

Yes, my local library is really nice for being in such a small town. That’s me, a country girl stuck in the dinosaur age with only a landline.
